Section 651.106 - Career Ladder Program; Performance Evaluations(a) The executive director or the executive director's designee shall develop an intra-agency career ladder program. The program must require intra-agency posting of all nonentry-level positions concurrently with any public posting.(b) The executive director or the executive director's designee shall develop a system of annual performance evaluations. All merit pay for commission employees must be based on the system established under this subsection.(c) The programs required under Subsections (a) and (b) must cover an annual period, be updated at least annually, and be filed with the governor.Amended by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1420, Sec. 14.379(a), eff. 9/1/2001.
