Section 603.201 - Public Interest Information(a) The medical board shall prepare information of consumer interest describing the profession of perfusion, the regulatory functions of the medical board, and the procedures by which consumer complaints are filed with and resolved by the medical board.(b) The medical board shall make the information available to the public and appropriate state agencies.Amended by Acts 2015, Texas Acts of the 84th Leg. - Regular Session, ch. 838,Sec. 2.108, eff. 9/1/2015.Amended By Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 231, Sec. 29, eff. 9/1/2005.
