Section 602.302 - Offense(a) A person commits an offense if the person:(1) practices medical physics without holding a license under this chapter;(2) practices a specialty of medical physics without holding a license for the specialty;(3) practices medical physics in violation of this chapter; or(4) uses in any manner letters, terminology, symbols, or signs to indicate or imply that the person is qualified or licensed to practice medical physics in a manner for which the person is not licensed under this chapter.(b) An offense under this section is a Class A misdemeanor.Amended by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 326, Sec. 16, eff. 9/1/2003.
