Section 601.356 - Decision By Advisory Board(a) Based on the findings of fact and conclusions of law and the recommendations of the hearings examiner, the advisory board by order may determine that: (1) a violation has occurred and may impose an administrative penalty; or(2) a violation did not occur.(b) The advisory board shall give notice of the order to the person.
