Section 601.055 - Approval and Review of Instructor Approval(a) An applicant for approval of an instructor must apply to the advisory board on a form and under rules adopted by the advisory board.(b) The advisory board shall approve an instructor who meets the minimum standards adopted under Section 601.052.
