Section 565.057 - Monitoring of License Holder(a) The board shall develop a policy and procedure for monitoring a license holder's compliance with this subtitle.(b) A policy or procedure adopted under this section must include a procedure to: (1) monitor for compliance a license holder who is ordered by the board to perform a certain act; and(2) identify and monitor a license holder who represents a risk to the public.
