Section 507.356 - Decision By Executive Council(a) Based on the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and proposal for a decision, the executive council by order may determine that: (1) a violation occurred and impose an administrative penalty; or(2) a violation did not occur.(b) The executive council shall give notice of the order to the person.
