Section 505.104 - Terms; Vacancy(a) Members of the board serve staggered six-year terms. The terms of one-third of the members expire February 1 of each odd-numbered year.(b) A person who is appointed to fill a vacancy on the board shall serve as a board member for the remainder of the unexpired term.
