Section 504.306 - Decision By Department(a) Based on the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendations of the hearings examiner, the department by order may determine that: (1) a violation occurred and assess an administrative penalty; or(2) a violation did not occur.(b) The department shall give notice of the order to the person.
