Section 503.304 - Review of Application(a) Not later than the 30th day before the examination date, after investigation of a license application and review of other evidence submitted, the executive council shall notify the applicant that the application and evidence submitted are: (1) satisfactory and accepted; or(2) unsatisfactory and rejected.(b) If the executive council rejects an application, the executive council shall state in the notice the reasons for the rejection.Amended by Acts 2019, Texas Acts of the 86th Leg.- Regular Session, ch. 768,Sec. 2.066, eff. 9/1/2019.
