Section 501.503 - Criminal Penalty(a) A person commits an offense if the person engages in the practice of psychology or represents that the person is a psychologist in violation of this chapter.(b) An offense under this section is a Class A misdemeanor.(c) Each day a violation occurs is a separate offense.
