Section 501.264 - Inactive Status(a) A psychologist may place the psychologist's license on inactive status by applying to the executive council and paying a fee established by the executive council.(b) A psychologist whose license is on inactive status does not accrue a penalty for late payment of the renewal fee for the license.Amended by Acts 2019, Texas Acts of the 86th Leg.- Regular Session, ch. 768,Sec. 2.020, eff. 9/1/2019.
