Section 351.505 - Reissuance of License After Revocation(a) A person whose license has been revoked:(1) may not apply for reissuance under Subsection (b) before the first anniversary of the date of revocation; and(2) must apply in any manner required by the board.(b) On application, the board may reissue a license to practice optometry or therapeutic optometry to a person whose license has been revoked.
