Section 254.009 - Assistance of Prosecutor(a) The board shall aid in the enforcement of state law regulating the practice of dentistry.(b) A board member may present to a prosecuting officer a complaint relating to a violation of state law regulating the practice of dentistry.(c) The board and its members, officers, counsel, and agents may assist the prosecuting officer in the trial of a case involving an alleged violation of state law.
