Section 205.454 - Notice of Violation and Penalty(a) If the acupuncture board by order determines that a violation has occurred and imposes an administrative penalty, the acupuncture board shall notify the affected person of the board's order.(b) The notice must include a statement of the right of the person to judicial review of the order.Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 269, Sec. 3.34, eff. 9/1/2005.
