Section 203.502 - Injunctions(a) In this section, "health authority" means a physician who administers state and local laws regulating public health under Chapter 121, Health and Safety Code.(b) If the executive director or a health authority determines that a person has violated this chapter, the executive director may institute an action described by Section 51.352.(c) Repealed by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 838 , Sec. 1.222(25), eff.
