Section 202.252 - License Application(a) An application for a license under this chapter must be submitted in the manner and on a form prescribed by the executive director.(b) The commission by rule shall establish the information and documentation required to be submitted as part of an application for a license under this chapter, including evidence satisfactory to the commission or department that the applicant: (1) is at least 21 years of age;(2) has completed at least 90 semester hours of college courses acceptable at the time of completion for credit toward a bachelor's degree at an institution of higher education determined by the department to have acceptable standards;(3) is a graduate of a reputable school of podiatry or chiropody; and(4) has successfully completed any other course of training reasonably required by commission rule relating to the safe care and treatment of patients.(c) Repealed by Acts 2017, 85th Leg., R.S., Ch. 282 (H.B. 3078), Sec. 62(22), eff. September 1, 2017.(e) All educational attainments or credits for evaluation under this chapter must be completed within the United States.
