Section 201.511 - Reissuance of License(a) On application, the board may reissue a license to practice chiropractic to a person whose license has been canceled or suspended.(b) An applicant whose license has been canceled or revoked:(1) may not apply for reissuance before the first anniversary of the date the license was canceled or revoked; and(2) must apply for reissuance in the manner and form required by the board.
