Section 110.160 - Biennial Report(a) The council shall file biennially a report with the governor, lieutenant governor, and speaker of the house of representatives about the activities of the council. The council shall include in the report:(1) any recommendation made under Section 110.151; and(2) any other recommendation the council considers appropriate.Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1276, Sec. 14.005(a), eff. 9/1/2003.
