Section 110.058 - Compensation; Reimbursement(a) A council member may not receive compensation for performing the duties of the council.(b) A council member is entitled to reimbursement for travel and other necessary expenses incurred in performing official duties at the rate provided in the General Appropriations Act for state employees.Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1276, Sec. 14.005(a), eff. 9/1/2003.
