Section 2501.203 - Award of Attorney's Fees(a) A plaintiff who prevails in an action filed under Section 2501.201 is entitled to receive court costs and reasonable and necessary attorney's fees.(b) On finding that an action filed under Section 2501.201 is groundless and was brought in bad faith or for the purpose of harassment, the court may award court costs and reasonable attorney's fees to the defendant.Tex.
