Section 2309.402 - Limits on Operation of Heavy Machinery(a) A used automotive parts recycler may not operate heavy machinery in a used automotive parts recycling facility between the hours of 7 p.m. of one day and 7 a.m. of the following day.(b) This section does not apply to conduct necessary to a sale or purchase by the recycler.Tex.
