Section 2303.051 - Rulemaking: License Requirements The commission shall adopt rules that:
(1) establish the requirements for a person to be licensed to operate a vehicle storage facility to ensure that the facility maintains adequate standards for the care of stored vehicles;(2) relate to the administrative sanctions that may be imposed on a person licensed under this chapter;(3) govern the administration of this chapter.Tex.
