Section 2302.302 - Limits on Operation of Heavy Machinery(a) A salvage vehicle dealer may not operate heavy machinery in a motor vehicle salvage yard between the hours of 7 p.m. of one day and 7 a.m. of the following day.(b) This section does not apply to conduct necessary to a sale or purchase by the dealer.Tex.
