Section 2302.106 - License Issuance(a) The department shall issue a license to an applicant who meets the license qualifications adopted under this chapter and pays the required fees.(b) A license may not be issued in a fictitious name that may be confused with or is similar to that of a governmental entity or that is otherwise deceptive or misleading to the public.Tex.
