Section 2302.005 - Applicability of Certain Municipal Ordinances, Licenses, and Permits This chapter:
(1) is in addition to any municipal ordinance relating to the regulation of a person who deals in nonrepairable or salvage motor vehicles or used parts; and(2) does not prohibit the enforcement of a requirement of a municipal license or permit that is related to an activity regulated under this chapter.Tex.
