Section 2301.756 - Review of Interlocutory Order(a) A writ of error is allowed from the supreme court for an appeal of an interlocutory order described by Section 51.014(a)(3) or (6), Civil Practice and Remedies Code, in a civil action involving a license holder.(b) The supreme court shall give precedence to a writ of error under this section over other writs of error.(c) The right to appeal by writ of error is without prejudice to the right of any party to seek relief by an application for leave to file a petition for writ of mandamus with respect to the order.Tex.
