Section 2301.613 - Notice to Buyer(a) The department shall prepare, publish, and distribute information concerning an owner's rights under this subchapter. The retail seller of a new motor vehicle shall conspicuously post a copy of the information in the area where its customers usually pay for repairs.(b) The failure to provide notice as required by this section is a violation of this chapter.Tex.
