Section 2301.529 - Outcome of Mediation(a) If mediation resolves the dispute, the board shall enter an order incorporating the terms of the agreement reached in mediation.(b) If mediation does not resolve the dispute, the board shall proceed to a contested case hearing or other appropriate exercise of its jurisdiction.Tex.
