Section 2153.361 - Criminal Offense; Sealed Machines(a) A person commits an offense if the person:(1) breaks a seal attached in the name of a county or municipality;(2) exhibits or displays a coin-operated machine that has a broken seal; or(3) removes from its location a coin-operated machine that has a broken seal.(b) An offense under this section is a Class C misdemeanor.Tex.
