Section 2035.101 - Initiation of Rescission Election(a) The commissioners court of a county that has approved the legalization of racing with pari-mutuel wagering in that county may hold an election on the question of rescinding that approval.(b) The commissioners court shall order the rescission election on the presentation of a petition requesting the election.Tex.
