Section 2033.152 - Hearing Concerning Suspension, Revocation, or Refusal to Renew License(a) If the commission proposes to suspend, revoke, or refuse to renew a person's license, the person is entitled to a hearing conducted by the State Office of Administrative Hearings.(b) Proceedings for a disciplinary action, other than those conducted by a steward or judge, are governed by Chapter 2001, Government Code.(c) Rules of practice adopted by the commission under Section 2001.004, Government Code, applicable to the proceedings for a disciplinary action, other than those conducted by a steward or judge, may not conflict with rules adopted by the State Office of Administrative Hearings.Tex.
