Section 2025.107 - Racetrack License Not Transferable; Temporary License(a) A racetrack license is not transferable.(b) If the death of any person causes a violation of the licensing provisions of this subtitle, the commission may issue, in accordance with commission rules, a temporary license for a period not to exceed one year.Tex.
