Section 2024.051 - Collection and Deposit of State's Share

(a) The comptroller by rule may prescribe procedures for the collection and deposit of the state's share of each pari-mutuel pool.

(b) A racetrack association shall deposit the state's share of each pari-mutuel pool at the time and in the manner prescribed by comptroller rule.
