Section 2022.003 - Financial Statement Required(a) Each appointed commission member and the executive director is an "appointed officer of a major state agency" for purposes of Chapter 572, Government Code.(b) An appointed commission member shall file a detailed financial statement with the secretary of state of the type required by the Texas Department of Banking in the application for a state bank charter. The financial statement is public information under Chapter 552, Government Code.Tex. Occ. Code § 2022.003
