Section 1955.105 - Criminal Penalty(a) A person commits an offense if:(1) the person knowingly violates this chapter or a rule adopted or certification issued under this chapter; and(2) the violation endangers the public health and safety.(b) An offense under this section is a misdemeanor punishable by:(1) a fine not to exceed $10,000;(2) confinement for a term not to exceed six months; or(3) both the fine and the confinement.Tex.
