Section 1954.305 - Procedure for Emergency Suspension(a) The suspension on an emergency basis of a license or registration or of the approval of an asbestos training course is effective immediately.(b) The department shall provide to the person whose license, registration, or asbestos training course approval is suspended on an emergency basis an opportunity for a hearing not later than the 20th day after the date of the suspension.Tex.
