Section 1954.303 - Grounds for Discipline of Registered Person The department shall take disciplinary action under Section 1954.301 against a person registered under this chapter who:
(1) fraudulently or deceptively assigns, obtains, or attempts to assign or obtain a registration or the renewal of a registration; or(2) violates: (A) a federal, state, or local asbestos law or rule; or(B) an order issued by the executive commissioner or department.Tex. Occ. Code § 1954.303
