Section 1954.061 - Memorandum of Understanding Regarding Certain Solid Waste Facilities

The executive commissioner and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality by rule shall adopt a joint memorandum of understanding regarding the inspection of solid waste facilities that receive asbestos.
