Section 1951.007 - Applicability of Agriculture Code Licensing Provisions

A provision of the Agriculture Code that applies generally to licensing or regulatory programs administered by the department, including a provision that refers generally to licensing or regulatory programs under the Agriculture Code, applies to this chapter.
