Section 1704.254 - Notice and Hearing(a) Notice of a hearing to suspend or revoke a license under this chapter must: (1) be sent by certified mail to the last known address of the license holder not later than the 11th day before the date of the hearing;(2) state each alleged violation of this chapter; and(3) include a copy of any written complaint on which the hearing will be based.(b) The hearing is limited to each alleged violation stated in the notice.(c) During the hearing, the license holder:(1) is entitled to an opportunity to be heard; and(2) may present and cross-examine witnesses.(d) The hearing must be recorded. A license holder may obtain a copy of the record on request and payment of the reasonable costs of transcription.Tex. Occ. Code § 1704.254
