Section 1702.229 - Qualifications for Individual License(a) An applicant for an individual license must meet the qualifications required under Section 1702.113 for a company license applicant.(b) The commission by rule may adopt additional qualifications for an individual to obtain an individual license under this subchapter.Tex.
