Section 131.155 - Transfer of Permit(a) No transfer, assignment, or sale of the rights granted under a permit issued under this chapter shall be made without the written approval of the commission.(b) A person desiring to succeed to the interests of a permittee under this chapter must file an application on a form prescribed by the commission and including any pertinent information the commission by rule may require.Tex.
