(a) Fees collected by the commission under Section 116.034 of this code for training, examinations, and seminars must be deposited in a special fund in the state treasury designated as the CNG and LNG examination fund. The commission shall use money in this fund to pay the cost of training, examinations, and seminars sponsored or administered by the commission.(b) Except as provided by Subsection (a) of this section, money collected by the commission as fees under this chapter shall be deposited in the general revenue fund.Tex.
