Section 113.354 - Notice of Test(a) A school district shall retain documentation specifying the date and the result of each leakage test or other inspection of each LP-gas piping system until at least the fifth anniversary of the date the test or other inspection was performed.(b) Before the introduction of any LP-gas into the LP-gas piping system, the school district shall provide verification to the district's supplier that the piping has been tested in accordance with this subchapter.(c) The commission may review a school district's documentation of each leakage test or other inspection conducted by the school district.Tex.
