Section 111.025 - Abandoning Connections(a) No common carrier may abandon any of its connections or lines except under authority of a permit granted by the commission or with written consent of the owner or duly authorized agent of the wells to which connections are made.(b) Before granting a permit to abandon any connection, the commission shall issue proper notice and hold a hearing as provided by law.Tex.
