Section 86.143 - Test Reports(a) Verified reports of the tests to determine deliverability and pressure shall be filed with the commission within a time period after the end of the test period as set by the commission.(b) The reports are a public record. They shall be kept on file with the commission for a period of time determined by the commission and shall be open to the inspection and examination of the public.Tex. Nat. Res. Code § 86.143
