Section 62.051 - Board Records(a) The board shall keep a true and full record of all its meetings and proceedings and maintain the records of the board in a secure manner.(b) The board may contract with the commissioners court of the county to have the county keep and maintain its records.(c) All the records are the property of the board and are subject to inspection by the commissioners court at all reasonable times.(d) The preservation, microfilming, destruction, or other disposition of the records of the board is subject to the requirements of Subtitle C, Title 6, Local Government Code, and rules adopted under that subtitle.Tex.
