Section 62.046 - Officers of Board(a) On the appointment of the first trustees, the commissioners court shall designate one of the trustees to serve as chairman of the board for a period of one year.(b) After the first year the board annually shall elect a chairman, a vice-chairman, a secretary, and a treasurer from among its members.
