Section 32.062 - Adoption of Rules and Collection of Fees(a) The board shall adopt rules of procedure and rules for the sale, lease, and commitment to a contract for development of land as provided by this chapter.(b) The board by rule shall adopt and shall collect reasonable fees necessary to carry out this chapter.Tex.
